A plump turkey in a buckled pilgrim hat stands on its own beside a pumpkin pie, a little pumpkin set on top of the crust. Nothing stands behind them, so a young child can finish it before dinner. A cheerful Thanksgiving coloring page for the kids' table, or a place card with each guest's name written on the hat. Golden brown for the crust and orange for the filling.
